Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bexford.com (the "Site"), operated by Bexford LLC ("Bexford," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

These terms vs. our services

These Terms apply to your use of the Site only. Any managed IT services Bexford provides are governed by a separate written agreement (a Master Services Agreement and related Service Level Agreement) between Bexford and the client. Nothing on this Site is an offer to provide services on particular terms, and the content here doesn't create a services contract.

Use of the site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security; scrape, harvest, or collect information about others from the Site; or use the Site to transmit malicious code or engage in fraudulent activity.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by Bexford or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission.

Submissions

If you send us information through the Site (such as a form submission or inquiry), you're responsible for its accuracy, and you represent that you have the right to provide it. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party links and services

You agree to indemnify and hold Bexford harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the revised Terms and update the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
